Position Overview:
As the Operations Manager at GMO Interiors, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our KBB company. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient processes across various departments, managing a team of dedicated professionals, and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional interior solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimisation: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and products.
- Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control standards to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Project Management: Oversee project planning and execution, coordinating with various departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Customer Service: Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
