The Operations Manager reports directly to the CTO and is responsible for managing and bringing together the product operations team, who put together our leading enterprise training programmes in virtual reality.
You’ll be working on things like
- Managing the product operations team's workflow
- Line management of the team including 1:1s and goal setting
- Increasing collaboration across the different departments internally
- Train the team and provide supportive management and mentorship
- Stakeholder management
- Create and own VR events calendar
- Recommend best practice and structure for VR events planning
- Implement structure and processes to improve efficiency of the team
The perfect individual for this unique role will have
- Demonstrable experience in successfully managing teams of people
- Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and pushing back where necessary
- An exceptional communicator with high emotional intelligence
- The ability to keep a cool head under pressure and problem solve
- Good knowledge of customer or product operations in a SaaS business
- Knowledge of event operations, VR or training is highly desirable
- Experience with project management tools desirable
- Experience within a start-up or scale-up business desirable

Location: Wapping, London, UK
Onsite: Minimum 3 days per week
Salary: £40,000-50,000 per annum, depending on experience
