We are pleased to share an opportunity to join Flagship Group, as an Operations Manager. The role is a permanent post, working 37 hours per week; Monday to Friday.

This role is working from our King Street office, in Norwich. Whilst it is preferred that the appointee will work from the Norwich Office, Agile Working will be considered. Flexible Working will be considered.

In this key role as an Operations Manager, you will deliver strong leadership to the Planned Repairs Team and help to continue to drive a customer focussed culture that deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction survey results. With line management responsibility for a team of Commercial Administrators, you will develop and support initiatives to promote and increase employee and tenant engagement. Aligning multi departmental projects, you will track performance against defined measures, evaluate outcomes and communicate progress.

Applications are welcomed for the role of Operations Manager from those with previous proven experience of being an Operations Manager. You’ll need a comprehensive knowledge of building, health & safety legislation, and safe methods of working. You will need a technical understanding of construction, building architypes and associated legislation specifically in relation to maintenance. You must have developed and demonstrated proven people management and leadership skills. You’ll need strong financial and budgetary skills; as well as your proven ability and experience of creating and managing budgets with significant annual value (£3m+). You must have previous project management experience, a full valid Driving Licence and be computer literate.
