We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- To take operational leadership and budget responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation to help achieve operational standards and the customer(s)
- To enable and establish the new standards of operation
- Ensure that Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of operational processes are up to date, available at relevant place for employees and that employees are working according to the standard established
