THE JOB
As a Store Operations Manager, you'll be an experienced Department Manager looking for a new challenge. Your mission is to lead the store operations and ensure that it is compliant with health and safety best practises while ensuring your teammates are taken with you on this journey. Your organisational skills will be the key to the success of the store! In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Securing the safety and wellness of your assigned store on a daily basis
- Ensuring the health and safety of customers and teammates at all times
- Guaranteeing the safety of goods and overseeing stock management
- Ensuring that organised and efficient processes are implemented/overseen throughout the store
- Ensuring the upkeep of the facilities and maintenance in the building
- Management: recruitment, training and development of people
- Leadership
- Economic analysis and projection
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As an Operations Manager, you will be required to work usual retail hours including evenings and weekends.
