Precision Door Solutions (PDS) is the sister company of Deanta UK Limited, who are £30 million+ turnover business, providing doors and ancillary products to builders merchants and door retailers across the UK

Job Title: Operations Manager
Hours - 39 hours per week Mon - Fri
Job Purpose: An experienced Operations Manager is desired to join our rapidly growing business to act as the main liaison between Precision Door Solutions and the senior management team at Deanta to support the rapid growth plans set for PDS.
The Operations Manager will work alongside the Production Manager to manage processes and provide all operational support the team need, ensuring they have the resources to allow them to hit their steep growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between Precision Door Solutions & Deanta UK Ltd
- Promote company engagement & effective communication across departments
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure company is meeting targets
- Full ownership of all assets and stock management
- Work alongside Production Manager & Warehouse & Facilities Manager to ensure full Health and Safety compliance for the PDS site
- Assisting Financial Controller to ensure all information is accurate for producing PNL and financial reports
- Join forces with transport/inventory teams to ensure stock is readily accessible
- Collaborate with production/ project teams to forecast stock and ensure sufficient resources are available
- Working with the Technical manager to ensure strict compliance to manufacturing procedures
- Update & maintain company processes (ISO9001 management)
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience within a production environment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Operations Management
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail and organisation
- Can work to deadlines and handle pressure
- Solution lead
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
