· The Manufacturing operations managers will oversee the overall manufacturing process in our manufacturing facilities to ensure optimized production.
· Their job description entails supervising and directing the technical personnel responsible for every stage of production to ensure manufacture of high quality and cost-effective product.
· They will oversee the planning and organization of a production process and ensure availability of necessary material, equipment, and labor resources required for a project.
· They also prepare cost estimates and budget required for a manufacturing proposal.
· Operations managers in manufacturing will conduct inspections to ensure production machinery are operational and efficient.
· They facilitate maintenance, repair or replacement of damaged equipment.
· Their role also involves overseeing the selection and procurement of manufacturing raw materials.
· As part of their responsibilities, they conduct negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure a fair bargain for goods and services.
· They also ensure production complies with established quality control specifications and standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
