Operations & Supply Chain Manager | £40,000-£45,000 | North Nottinghamshire | Company Car + Bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to work within an award-winning business known for delivering exceptional customer service and products. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as an Operations and Supply Chain Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the supply chain and depot operations to ensure the seamless functioning of the business and maintain their reputation as a top-tier organisation.

Oversee and optimise the supply chain processes, both inbound and outbound
Building strong relationships with suppliers, conducting evaluations and implementing improvement initiatives
Take responsibility for day to day activities in multiple depots
Leading, mentoring and inspiring a team, ensuring operational efficiency
Evaluate supplier performance
Oversee month-end accounts processes related to stock, shift allowances and absences
Supervise the vehicle fleet management including purchase, insurance and renewals
Upholding the company’s commitment to offering world-class customer service

You will hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management along with a proven track record within Operations and Supply Chain management. You will be an exceptional leader, able to motivate and inspire teams. Proficiency in Supply Chain management software and relevant tools is also required.
