Chatime is a global franchiseteahouse chainoperating with over 1,000 outlets in 30 countries. As one of the largest international bubble tea brands, Chatime sells over 100 million cups of bubble tea every year and is the first public listed bubble tea company in history.
Chatime Atlantic owns the exclusive franchise right of Chatime for Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick region. As of today, the company operates six stores in Halifax (NS),
one store in Nee Glasgow (NS) two stores in Moncton (NB), one store in Fredericton (NB), one store in Charlottetown (PEI) and one store in Sydney (NS).
THE OPPORTUNITY
Since Chatime started its first store in Halifax six years ago, we have grown from a business with one location into a chain of stores across Atlantic Canada. To ensure our franchise locations are running efficiently and effectively, delivering top-quality service to our customers, and meeting or exceeding our business goals, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our franchise stores. Reporting to the Regional GM, you will work closely with franchise owners and their staff, as well as our corporate team, to ensure that our franchise chain is operating in accordance with Chatime Atlantic’s brand standards, policies, and procedures.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Oversee the operations of multiple Chatime locations, ensuring that they meet or exceed our brand standards and customer expectations.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide support and guidance to franchise owners and their staff.
- Collaborate with the Chatime Atlantic’s corporate team to implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance metrics, such as sales and costs, to identify opportunities for improvement and take corrective action as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and their staff, providing ongoing training and support to ensure consistent delivery of our brand promise.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide regular reports to Chatime Atlantic’s corporate team on operational performance, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
University or college degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
Experience
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
· Proven track record of managing multiple locations and delivering strong financial results
Competencies, Skills and Attributes
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
· Willingness to travel to franchise locations on a regular basis.

COMPENSATION
Chatime Atlantic provides all of its employees with an extremely competitive and attractive compensation package. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
