Operations Manager, Havant, Hampshire - to £58k + £5k car allowance and full package
Our client, an up and coming FM services provider, is recruiting an Operations Manager, to manage the provision of hard and soft facilities services at a large, technical estate in Havant, Hampshire.
The site consist of multiple ‘legacy’ office, research, leisure, nursery and catering facilities and is supplied from a central energy centre (CEC). Familiarisation with CECs and large scale chillers, cooling towers and similar ‘megawatt’ plant, is essential. The successful candidate is likely therefore to come from a background in NHS, industry or the military where similar scale plant is used.
The site is due to undergo reinvention and redevelopment. The Ops Manager will work alongside project managers, consultants and contractors ensuring the smooth and safe day to day running of the site during this period of change and beyond.
You will lead a site team of approx. 30 cleaning, security, grounds and maintenance contractors.
This is a really exciting opportunity for a technically qualified (ideally 18th edition), FM/ Operations Manager to get deeply involved in project that will breath fresh life into the local area.
We are looking for an individual who can start in August, to ensure a good handover prior to contract commencement on 1st September.
