Fresh position for an Assistant Operations Manager to join our rapidly expanding family business. Exceptional people skills, confident personality, with a propensity to effective communication is crucial to your success.

This position requires you to engage with driven sales representatives, so you will need to be level-headed in your thought process.
We have by far the best clients and products in direct sales, our ongoing results speak volumes. It would be desirable if you have a background in managing KPI’s, team building, running a team, staff development, direct sales and/or door canv.
Based at our office in Melbourne, South Cambs, and reporting to Director Level management, your role will include the following:
- Planning & Territory Management
- KPI’s
- Recruitment
- Training + Motivation
- Telephone communication
- Data input on office systems
- Staff Rota’s
- Compliance – Working within the guidelines of two Regulators
- Not limited to – Other duties as required
Skills required:
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent written English
- Strong numerical skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Sales Analysis
- IOS tech familiarity
