We are currently seeking an outstanding individual with proven strong leadership skills to manage and deliver key operational duties within the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences. You will be able to build strong relationships with a wide variety of staff and stakeholders to implement projects and resolve complex issues. The role will play a key role within the Faculty supporting the senior management team, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
Responsibility within the team you manage is wide ranging, and you will need to evidence an excellent working knowledge of budget management, HR processes and resource management and planning. You will need exceptional organisational skills and be able to offer staff and stakeholders a seamless service by careful management of workloads.
