Job Title: Country Executive: Indian Sub-Continent

The Department:
The Country Management department is responsible for optimising development and driving performance to maximize the local market potential of all brands and products.
Purpose of Job
The role focusses on supporting the overall admin related operations, delivery and performance of India and working as an effective member of the India Country management team
You will assist in supporting critical business projects and driving key admin related activities with departments like Finance, Legal, CRM and Customer Service departments.
You will work with multiple teams and stakeholders across the business to ensure consistent and effective strategies are agreed and implemented at local market level.
You will focus on supporting the overall delivery and performance of the various markets under Indian Subcontinent – India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan.
You will be responsible for:
- Work closely with all stakeholders of India Country management team to support the roll out of various projects, campaigns, and strategies
- Be the dedicated SPOC for driving all admin related actives for the Indian market related to Finance, Purchase, Legal and marketing/campaign operations
- Working with CRM and brand teams to ensure all the campaigns are in sync with market expectations to drive maximum performance
- Assist and support various critical Country Management business processes
- Develop close working relationships with all relevant stakeholders across the business
- Leading collaboration with various internal teams to align on methodology, systems, and processes
- Provide Management with local market insights to continually improve and adjust the strategy, delivery, and execution of activity for the Indian market
- Work with internal development teams to fix any issues and deliver constant improvements in the product offering
- Continually refresh your knowledge of both best in industry and best in market practises to ensure we continue to deliver best of breed products and customer experience
- Continuous evaluation of key competition within the market to understand the market best practises
- Generating and presenting key insights and performance reviews of the key markets to relevant stakeholders

- Continuous monitoring and Optimisation of the various customer journeys that exist across all platforms of the various markets within Indian Sub-Continent- India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh

Essential Skills
- Experience working for Indian market or any other market within Indian Sub-Continent- Sri Lanka, Pakistan, or Bangladesh
- Project and Stakeholder management skills
- Good product and industry knowledge
- Understanding of the Indian Sports Betting or the Casino Market
- Passion for and an avid interest in Sports
- Good understanding of Cricket
- Excellent analytical skills with strong written communication and presentational skills
- Business level written and spoken English
It would be a bonus if you also had:
- Verbal and written language skills in Hindi or any other Indian language
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Working in an online gaming industry
- Interest in Gaming Industry (Casino, Sports Book, Live Casino, Poker)
