We currently have the exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team based in Redhill, Surrey on a hybrid contract. This role attracts a base salary up to 55k depending on experience.
The role of the Operations Manager is to create and maintain an excellent customer experience through the implementation of the Contact Centre/Claims Centre strategies, that deliver a high level of service and satisfaction for clients and customers. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the contact centre, that delivers improvement in systems and process, ensuring that productivity and efficiency targets are achieved. You will lead operational delivery of multi-function & multi-channel customer interaction, ensuring an ongoing understanding of changes in customer and industry behaviour.

Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Leadership and Coaching skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to get things done / deliver results to agreed customer standards
- Influencing skills, you will need to work with several departments to ensure that you support the department in reaching its full potential, so it is essential that you are able to communicate efficiently with each department and demonstrate flexibility in this role.
- Experience of working in a customer service environment and/or Contact Centre
Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in leading operational teams and management resources
- Experience in implementing transformational change projects
