Operations Manager
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Manager for an exciting opportunity to join and assist in building our company and running our platform on a daily basis. Building and expanding 10 out of 10's brand presence in the marketplace will be your goal as the operations manager. You will oversee the operations of our organisation in recruiting new service providers and building strategic alliances to use our SaaS platform, driving user acquisition and retention. You will be a member of the leadership team, reporting to the CEO, and working with various departments to improve performance throughout the company.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the daily operations of the platform, ensuring that everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Working closely with our customer service team to ensure that customer needs are being met and that any issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure that the platform is operating at its full potential.
- Ensuring that all data related to the platform is accurate, up-to-date, and available to the team as needed.
- Conducting regular performance reviews of the platform and identifying areas where improvements can be made.
- Working with the team to identify new features and functionalities that can be added to the platform to improve the user experience.
- Managing and training a team of operations staff to ensure that they are equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively.
- Analysing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
- Liaising with third-party service providers to ensure that they are meeting their contractual obligations and delivering services to the required standard.
- Working directly alongside the CEO.

- Preferred: background in a Multisided Platform / SaaS.
