Operations Assistant/Intern – Central London

Derma Medical, an International Cosmetic Training Company, is looking to hire an operations Assistant or intern intern to join their growing Operations and Marketing department at its London Head Office location.

The Business Development Intern will be a driving force within our sales outreach. Primary responsibilities will be to identify potential clients, establish new prospective client relationships and drive new revenue for the company.

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with passion for entrepreneurship, the ability to learn quickly and execute with excellence, organisation skills, attention to detail, and superior communication skills. The ideal candidate will be organised, have a bias for action, and have a deep commitment to growth and learning. This role will involve a dynamic range of initiatives that have a tangible and significant impact on the company.

You will be primarily office based, working Monday-Friday from 9:00am-17:30pm, although some flexibility may be required.

What You’ll Do:

· Strong focus on growing the business and scaling projects.

· Work with the operations and marketing teams to develop strategies to maximise sales.

· Work with the clinical team to introduce new revenue streams to the business.

· Build partnerships with collaborators to expand their reach.

· Ability to communicate effectively in and across teams; must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Track record of results-oriented achievements and successful strategy execution.

· Detail-oriented organisational skills.

· Fluent English speaker.

What You’ll Get:

· 3-month Internship with a possible role offered on completion, subject to performance.

· Starting Salary of £30,000, including benefits and holiday, with a potential salary increase following successful completion of the Internship.
