Job description
Rightdose Pharmacy Ltd is looking for a Fulfilment/Operations Manager to join our team.
We are looking for an effective Operations to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
Employee management

Ensure all rules governing behaviour, hygiene and quality systems are followed at all times
Promote a positive working atmosphere
Fulfilment
Working in house and Hub colleagues to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner in line with delivery times
Explore optimal ways to deliver pick pack dispatch efficiencies/ quality standards
Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate cost-effective manner. The right candidate will look to improve existing processes and procedures.
Working with hub colleagues to eliminate errors, hit target deadlines and deliver excellent customer service.
Operations
Overseeing logistics of receiving, warehousing and dispatch operations
Prioritising workload
Deal with any service issues
Ensure health and Safety standards
Develop plans for loss prevention and productivity
Progress key operational improvement projects
Morning walk around to inspect housekeeping and safety standards.
Daily absence update in all areas/Daily update with direct reports

Requirement
Proven experience in Fulfilment and/or Operations
IT skills – stock control Microsoft office etc
Knowledge of distribution/warehouse KPI’s

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
