Role: Operations Finance Analyst

Hologic is on the lookout for their newest Operations Finance Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for the Inventory and Cost Accounting for the EMEA entities, ensuring their accuracy and reliability.

What will you bring to Hologic?

You will have demonstratable experience in Management Accounting and be part qualified/qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA.

In addition, you will need to be proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel. Oracle experience is advantageous but not essential.

Your day-to-day tasks will be:

• Partnering with EMEA supply chain, manufacturing operations and FP&A to review, analyse and communicate variances and trends.
• Preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and 5-year strat plans
• Management of capital budget, spend and variance analysis.
• Completion of monthly operational review reporting packs
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining a strong control environment and ensuring this is demonstrated in the quality of the reconciliations.

Yet in the role you’ll be responsible for:

• Manage external and internal audit processes, working closely with the audit teams to ensure all requirements are met.
• Lead inventory SOX for the entities in scope ensuring narratives are up to date and evidence of performance of controls is maintained.
• Drive process improvement
• Provide high attention to detail with an inquisitive mindset
