Operations Executive
Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000 to £27,000 per annum + annual company/KPI bonus
Working: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Office based, Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire (RG41)
You will be working for REL Field Marketing to fulfil the role of Tactical Operations Team Leader on our 'On Demand' team.
You will be responsible for:
- Coaching, leading, and developing a team of Account Executives and Account Administrators to ensure that the team are sharing best practice and working to their full potential
- First point of contact for the Account Managers and Business Unit Director to ensure the team are prioritising all responses in a timely manner
- Managing workload amongst all team members
- Conducting appraisals, 1-2-1’s and PDP for all team members
- Updating team on any changes within the business
- Implement operational best practice ways of working for the success of the team
- Liaise with the warehouse/courier regarding issues with deliveries of Point Of Sale materials
- Recruiting and delivering training for new starters

Ensure the team are delivering a high standard of operational administration activities, including:
- Brief and survey writing for approval of the Project Manager
- Collate project materials to distribute to field team via mailouts
- Analysing project data to provide Day 1 feedback to the client
- Keep the client up to date with photos from live activities using our internal activity management system
- System administration such as reporting checks and payroll checks
- Complete an activity in store at least once a quarter monthly basis
- Manage smaller customers (if required)
You will have:
- A proactive 'can do' attitude, and are prepared to go the 'extra mile'
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience of managing a small to medium sized team
- Confidence with Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic IT skills with Word and Outlook/Microsoft Suite
