About this opportunity
- Basic salary of £80,000 plus an additional bonus and company benefits
- Work for an independent hearing care brand that values its reputation and places a high priority on patient care
- Support the growth and operations of 5 audiology clinics across Scotland
- The position would be suitable for someone who is experienced in people management, clinic management, marketing and reporting
- Previous experience in a hear care business isn’t required – this job would also suit someone with experience managing dental, optical, and medical practices or managing a multi-site retail organisation.
- If you’re not based in Glasgow already – there is a relocation package available
- Opportunity to gain shares in the business

- Leadership experience at General/Operational Manager level in a related healthcare or retail organisation
- The drive, determination and enthusiasm to organise and motivate the company’s teams
