More about your role
As Director of Operations for Brio Retirement Living you will be responsible for the strategic planning and overall management I respect of operations, including the identification, design and implementation of structural and procedural changes, which will lead to improved efficient and customer service.
You will ensure each retirement community operates to the agreed business plan including financial, staffing, service, quality and regulatory requirement. You will also lead and manage the internal client relationships with the asset owners, agree and develop all the operational and financial reporting requirements.
You will provide dynamic leadership to the General Managers to enable the delivery of hight quality, value for money services and environments ensuring they have the system knowledge requires to do the job

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate effective leadership skill and be a role model for all staff, you will have excellent communication skills as well has being able to motivate staff to o their best.
You will have strong influencing skills and have a proven track record of meeting objectives and achieving financial targets, whilst being able to empathy when dealing with residents.
