Reporting into one of the best MD’s in the industry, the role will lead the operational management team who provide first class meals for school children across the country every day.

First and foremost, your main responsibility will of course be ensuring that our client provide an exceptional level of service to the school children and to do this, you will be accountable for:

• Managing your team, ensuring they receive the support, tools and development to allow them to do their role and exceed client expectations

• Ensuring contractual compliance is met at all times, communicating clearly with the client and business

• Ensuring business management systems, processes and policies are meeting the agreed metrics, managing any areas that need improvement or implementation

• Monitoring performance against financial and commercial targets, provide solutions where targets are not being met

• Providing effective management of QHSE in all areas of operational delivery

• Delivering engaging sales and retention bids to showcase the business

• The successful management of projects, new client wins and mobilisations

You’ll be an experienced multi-site operator having worked at a senior management or directorship level within a contract catering environment. An astute and commercially driven professional, you are experienced in managing a diverse team to deliver exceptional performance both financially and operationally. Confident in your communications with clients, you are skilled in delivering presentations and reports to new and existing businesses. You’re a real food enthusiast with the qualifications to match and of course, are fully trained in all areas of QHSE.
