Salary – Circa £70,000.00
Hybrid working -Dependant on the location of the successful applicant, there will be a mix of remote working and visiting sites. We currently have sites as far north as Newcastle all the way down to London.

As a Charitable Trust we are looking for a dynamic Operations Director to deliver our vision with respect and togetherness.

To gain results for our partners, and most importantly to the communities we serve. Able to analyse, plan, present and formulate strategies, then drive initiatives using the human, physical and financial resources in all operational aspects of our business. You’ll be an influential communicator, a motivating leader with a proven ability to proactively build a confident team, problem solve and critically appraise operational systems and processes. Constantly reviewing progress against business goals, championing safety and health compliance, and promoting a high-performance customer focus with commerciality in decision making, ensuring reinvestment of surplus into our communities.
Able to transition and transform Leisure United’s goals, processes and technology using mentoring and a change management approach, you’ll be an experienced, energic, strong Operational Director, looking to join and shape a winning team.
As a senior leader, you’ll inspire participation encourage effort with an exhilarating team spirit, and reward achievement.
Applicants must have considerable operations experience, be prepared to push boundaries, create feel good factor, recognise and celebrate success and foster meaningful relationships.
