40 hours per week

Competitive Salary + Bonus related pay

Responsible to the Company Directors

Responsible for :

· Whole oversite of the service in all areas under the Key Lines of Enquiries

· Monitoring of Quality & Compliance.

· Support for the Registered Manager

· Ensuring staffing needs are met and supported.

· Appropriate placements and costings.

· Working with the Financial Controller to ensure business viability and sustainability.

· Covering for Registered Manager in their absence.

· Project Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
