GAC UK is looking for candidates for the role of Operations Coordinator (Energy Logistics) to be based in Aberdeen. Could it be you?

We deliver a wide range of integrated shipping, logistics and marine services to the energy and shipping industries. We also serve specialised sectors like marine leisure, sports and events, automotive and aviation, providing complex and time-critical logistics solutions. We are currently looking for a Operations Coordinator to be based at our Aberdeen office.
The key responsibilities are:
- Liaising with logistics colleagues and Warehouse to ensure client requirements are met moving goods via all modes of transport
- Liaising with logistics colleagues and the warehouse to ensure client requirements are met for all customs movements.
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Ability to produce and maintain accurate documents
- Have a good understanding and appreciation of a proactive safety culture
- Experience using Microsoft office products
- Strong attention to detail
- A desire to continually improve
