As part of the Synack People Team, you'll be on the ground floor of a quickly growing company. As a People Operations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing support to many aspects of people operations. You will play a critical role in assisting with People Ops projects, data entry, processes, and initiatives. You will manage highly sensitive and confidential information so it's critical that you possess a strong degree of judgement and discretion. We're looking for someone who is proactive, thoughtful, detail oriented and extremely organized for this critical role on our team.

Here's what you'll do
- Maintain personnel files and filing
- People Ops Administrative responsibilities: Data Entry, E-Verify pre and post employment process, Jira tickets, New Hire onboarding, Employee offboarding, Coordinate employee referral process, Maintaining equity grants and reports, etc.
- Become the knowledge center and answer all questions that come to our People Ops distro inbox
- Be part of the team automating people ops process flows such as onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, etc
- Assist with projects as assigned
Here's what you'll need
- Previous office support or people operations experience
- Dynamic team player
- Excellent organizational skills
- Takes initiative and thinks one step ahead
- Clear communicator with a customer service mindset
- Experience using Jira, Greenhouse, Google Suite, Namely, Slack
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Google sheets experience would be awesome!

$45,000 - $75,000 Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The compensation package for this position may also include equity, and benefits.
