Our Building Services team are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join the team at one of our projects based at St Bart’s Hospital.
The purpose of the role will be to support the effective management of Project data for a specified hospital contract and the exchange of such data between Skanska and our client(s). The Operations Coordinator (OC) will support the Contract Performance Manager (CPM) in reviewing performance data and sourcing the appropriate mitigations against any service failures or breaches. The OC will ensure Project Data is kept confidential and is reported in line with our contract obligations. The OC will be required to attend Project compliance review meetings and deputise for the CPM in their absence in presenting Skanska’s performance data. The OC may be required to support other Projects as and when required

You’ll:
- Demonstrate you have processes in place to prevent any breaches to our reporting obligations under the Project Agreement
- Evaluate the efficiency of such controls and improve them continuously
- Produce reports periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
- Ensure all reports are compliant to the Project Agreement
- Ensure all mitigations are documented within the compliance update with the appropriate contract and commercial references
- Identify and raise critical issues to the CPM and or Deputy Project Director
- Keep abreast of contract issues and developments within the company and project as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
- Prepare reports for external regulatory bodies as appropriate including the client
- Produce and maintain a risk register of issues and non-conformities
- Ensure all reports are presented in a professional format accompanied with a covering letter or email Participate and in the absence of the CPM lead in compliance discussions with our client(s) ensuring appropriate preparation has been made to present our compliance position
We’re looking for:
- Educated to A level or degree level
- Experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge and understanding of PFI contracts
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building
- Good customer care and flexible approach Knowledge of the PFI standards and regulations
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
- An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
