We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling technicians, routing coordination, and supporting with booking permits and access equipment. This position will be responsible for managing technicians day to day operations and supporting the team with various administrative tasks.
Duties:
- File and maintain office records pertaining to technician works
- Manage technicians duties such as scheduling work, routing, and supporting with permits and access equipment
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Enter and schedule works in Job Watch (Big Change) and process works
- Proofread documents for accuracy
- Assist with job entry and tracking
- Manage and review technicians trackers on vans and drive efficiency
- Monitor fuel useage and drive efficieny
Skills:
- Proficient in excel, word, outlook, powerpoint
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent project coordination skills
- Experience with JobWatch or similar routing software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role
- Experience with routing/co-ordinating jobs for technicians is a must
- Must pass dbs checks and provide 2 x references

Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
