GSK are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to support a specific Legal and Compliance Leadership Team member (GLT-1) and their -1 team through the delivery of transformational programs applying project, process improvement, and change management, management of analytics and metrics to support the LCLT to help optimise the aligned team’s service delivery.
The Operations Coordinators will lead the daily objectives of the aligned LCLT member and their direct reports, facilitate their ongoing priorities, and streamline their teams’ processes. The Operations Coordinator is integral to the LCLT achieving their year-end objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manages calendar management and schedule meetings in various geographies and time zones. Manage Travel and expenses for aligned LCLT team member only
Leads to rollout of ‘external to team’ skills such as project management, process improvement, change management, and support to key, team specific, meetings and events
Responsible for driving consistency and efficiency in the development and performance of aligned teams WoW
Responsibility for the discovery of and improvement of team capabilities and engagement in various areas (Process Improvement, workday processes, Service Now, Teams capability) and deliver team specific learning events
Manage the workload for the LCLT team member and assure that their deadlines are met, and objectives are well highlighted during the year including the LCLT/GLT-aligned stakeholder team mid and Year end Metrics: Ahead Together nominations, Missed Performances, Objectives update and following year setting
Clear oversight of personnel/resource changes within function and compliance with governance processes

Experience and evidence of technical, operational skills, and an understanding of project coordination as well as process improvement
Excellent attention to detail, with strong capability for problem solving, analysis, judgment, and reasoning
Must be well-organised and able to handle a heavy workload with multiple deliverables, while maintaining a calm and professional manner.
Demonstrated capacity to work and deliver on tight timelines whilst maintaining a focus on quality
The ability to engage and interact effectively with a diverse team, build strong partnerships, and develop relationships that enable honest and open conversations
