Position Overview:

Fabric Flavours are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our organisation's day-to-day operational activities. The Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in coordinating various operational functions, ensuring smooth workflows, and optimising efficiency. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring operational success.

Key tasks and responsibilities :

  • Daily operations & logistics across D2C & wholesale
  • Pick & Pack from onsite warehouse all orders processed
  • Responsible for collating & updating seasonal products across D2C & Shopify.
  • Ensuring all products are uploaded with images & up to date prices
  • Fully support all partners across D2C & wholesale with daily available technical & logistic support when required
  • Monitor & review warehousing transfers to keep product availability in check
  • Responsible for new account set ups including integrations and payment terms, logistic and discount terms
  • Responsible for the processing of all orders through D2C & wholesale channels
  • Daily tracking updates across all carriers & deliveries
  • Communicate proactively with all partners to always ensure excellent customer service
  • Support the rest of the team as required to maintain operational excellence alongside a streamlined journey process

Report daily into management with priority reports correctly updated

  • Frequently engage with the Managing Director to ensure joint understanding of warehouse & system updates
  • You’ll help with general office duties along with the rest of the team. Keeping all workspaces clean & tidy at all times
  • Preparation for private shopping appointments
  • Product knowledge regular updated
  • Exceptional customer service

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in coordinating operational activities or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse information and identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools and software, including Microsoft & Shopify platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
