INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY The School of Innovation and Technology is seeking to employ an enthusiastic team player to join our Operations Team. Some of the responsibilities will include; Coordinating the movement of students during Highland Campus visits; the coordination and planning of a range of events throughout The School of Innovation and Technology and externally; Communication with suppliers about events and discuss requirements to ensure all visitors have relevant details on event; Assist the Director of Operations in order to provide Student Welfare Support to all students at the Highland Campus and on location within the Highlands whilst on GSA projects; Assist with Campus compliance, Fire Drills, Fire Panel Tests, Legionella Testing, Emergency Light Testing and Meter reads; Assist the Director of Operations with Student Inductions; Procurement, invoicing, travel and accommodation bookings; Student recruitment administration.
