Operations and Compliance Manager, Tan International
To further enable the growth and development of out our Tan International operation at Perth, we are seeking a senior Manager with a proven track record of setting and meeting ambitious goals in an operational and compliance setting. We’re looking for a candidate with considerable managerial experience.
Job Purpose

This role of Operations and Compliance Manager at Perth is vital for ensuring that our strong reputation is maintained in the marketplace. Through a team of Managers, Supervisors and operators, they are responsible for ensuring that final products and services meet our strict standards in Health and Safety, Product and Regulatory Compliance.
General Responsibilities
Delegate Responsibilities effectively, Coordination and Delegation of Duties, Process Improvement, Willingness to Work with Staff, Staffing, Coaching, Decision Making, Planning, Managing Quality of Service, Attention to Detail, Managing Performance,
Health and Safety Responsibilities



Responsible for the development of a strong Health and Safety culture, Staff training and awareness. Responsible for operations Risk Assessment and COSHH assessment. Safe mapping of chemicals and Applying segregation rules for the storage of chemicals

YOUR PROFILE

Essential

Strong Health and Safety Leadership and experience
Operational/ Processing /Compliance / Qualificationbackground
Leadership experience in a highly regulated operation
Clear written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to give and follow instructions in adherence to strict deadlines
Thriving under pressure, at ease in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic towards change and under agile and fast-evolving circumstances
Good strategic decision-making as well as firm and swift decision-making when required
Driven to success, self-motivated and pro-actively engaging stakeholders towards achieving end goals
Experience within a customer service environment

Desirable

Knowledge of handling chemicals
Experience of COSHH site requirements
Chemical manufacturing operational experience
