IMES International Limited are seeking to employ an Operations Co-Ordinator to join our Ellon team on a permanent, full-time basis.
In this role, responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the co-ordination of deployment and logistics activities during the job set-up, mobilisation, and de-brief stages
- Prepare project set ups – job pack / certification / job cost estimate / job sheet
- Assist in the development of work packs and associated documentation
- Assist in the review of work packs, method statements, risk assessments
- Liaise with Customers and Suppliers and arrange 3rd party sub-contractors
- Ensure all inspectors complete client specific inductions / training courses
- Co-ordinate timesheet records on a weekly basis
- Assist in the preparation of quotes for supply of services and equipment
- Prepare purchase requisitions and account set up forms
- Coordinate cost breakdowns for completed workscopes
- Manage travel and accommodation bookings
- Maintain resource planner
- Co-ordinate internal documentation for BMS.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in a similar operational background
- Excellent time management
- Be a highly organised individual who can work as part of team as well as using own initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
