Job description
Who we're looking for
A high achieving, driven individual who is able to manage multiple activities concurrently. The individual will be adept at both verbal and written communications and have an ability to illustrate complex planning or design scenarios into simple and concise presentation documents.
Schroders is looking for someone who actively promotes the corporate culture and can use their problem solving skills to determine appropriate strategic outcomes aligned to departmental and corporate objectives. The role will be based in London and will focus on design activities for Operations globally.

What you'll do
- Work with stakeholders to understand problem statements
- Identify opportunities in problem statements to improve Global Operations
- Design elements of the change agenda to align to Schroders and Global Operations objectives
- Document proposals for design through Microsoft Tools
- Work closely with other Operations Change Business Analysts on larger design components
- Promote the business case for pieces of work
- Participate and present in the monthly design forum and other change governance forums within the organisation where appropriate
- Conduct frequent and repeated communications illustrating objectives, timeframes, progress and challenges
- Promote the appropriate culture to ensure collaboration across multiple functional areas.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- Experience of having worked in a problem solving environment
- Clear communication techniques – both verbal and written
- Industry expertise including qualifications relevant to your previous role(s)
The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help
- An interest in the challenges within the Asset Management Industry
- Subject matter expertise related to multiple business areas
- Experience of having been involved in change activity displaying behaviours in accordance with objectives related to time, cost and quality
