Job Description:
As an Operations/Business Development Intern, you will be a critical part of our small but mighty team, helping us build the foundations of our agency and propel our growth. This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in healthcare staffing and business development while working alongside a supportive and innovative team.
Job Duties:
Operational Excellence: Assist in the day-to-day operations, such as candidate screening, client communication and database management.
Business Growth: Participate in the identification of potential clients and partners. Contribute ideas and strategies to expand our agency's reach.
Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics and emerging opportunities to help us make informed decisions.
Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling, document preparation and report generation.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our team, sharing your ideas, learning from others, and actively contributing to our mission.
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
