You will provide hands-on operations and administrative support to the QRM team in this varied, challenging and fast-paced role. You will work closely with the Quality Manager supporting primarily on quality assurance and compliance activities including management reporting, monitoring, data analysis, database maintenance, continuous improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects. Other aspects of the role include handling queries from the business via management of the QRM inbox and supporting internal and external audits. A strong working knowledge of Excel is key as is a commitment to high quality and meticulous attention to detail. The role offers great potential for learning and development.

Responsibilities Include, but will not be limited to:

  • Support quality assurance and compliance activities with a primary focus on administering and monitoring Consulting’s Quality Assurance program
  • Ownership and ongoing management/development of the QRM MI database
  • Support with the production of regular management reports and dashboards
  • Handling and analysis of often large and complex data sets
  • Support preparation and presentation of internal and external audits
  • Provide first line advice and guidance to Consulting staff on QRM related queries
  • Support and initiate continuous improvement and project-based initiatives
  • Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high quality
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel. Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
  • Proficient in report generation and data manipulation desirable – including working with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and multiple large data sets.
  • Ownership and prioritisation of tasks with ability to work effectively and in a fast-paced and often deadline-driven environment
  • Strong work ethic with flexibility, drive and efficiency when working both with and without supervision
  • Effective team player with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Pro-active ‘can do’ attitude with a self-motivated and willing approach to tasks
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to think outside the box

Desirable

  • A working knowledge of Tableau is advantageous but not essential.
