Operations Assistant
The role of the Operations Assistant will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing property managers who we serve on a daily basis. A strong emphasis on quality, honesty and always providing the highest possible standards is a must.
Core responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the day to day engagement with our clients (face/voice of the business)
- Dealing with all inbound enquiries such as telephone, email and across all reporting, quoting and contract queries
- Creating jobs onto internal software following client instructions.
- Assist Operations Manager and Schedulers with ad-hoc daily tasks.
- Work within the operations team to improve customer experience.
- Liaising with clients on quote requests, job queries and contract admin
- Regular dialogue with clients (telephone)
- Updating and managing CRM

Salary: From £22,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
