Job description
We are looking for a Operations Assistant at our busy independent Health Club near to Leighton Buzzard. As well as a fully equipped gym, studio and pool facilities and 1200 club members, there is also a large Swim Academy with 1200 students, a café, and a soft play area for children under 5.
The Operations Assistant is the go between for all club departments, responsible for covering all areas and maintaining the cleaning standards for members and guests.
We are looking for a friendly, customer focused individual that is looking to learn and develop with the health club industry.
Hours of work will be on a rota basis, early shifts starting from 6am and late shifts finishing at 10pm. This both opening and closing the club.
The successful candidate will be required to be able to swim, and complete a pool rescue qualification.
We are offering an hourly rate of £11 per hour.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £22,280.00 per year
