Element has an opportunity for an Operations Assistant who can act as a bridge between our certification teams and customers for our BM TRADA business. Being able to handle administrative tasks, supporting our testing business and keeping our customers happy. We would be keen to hear from either candidates willing to work locally in High Wycombe. Candidates considering either full time, part time job share opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers using phone, email and MS TEAMS
- Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers, acting as a liaison between customers and BM TRADA
- Process sales invoices, quoting and provide status report to clients
- When applicable handle requests for information (e.g. shipping / delivery dates)
- Build and maintain a working knowledge of BM TRADA service offerings
- Ensure compliance with all BM TRADA policies including but not limited to Terms and Conditions, trade compliance, treatment of others, moral code of conduct, and employee handbook
- Experience of the INTACT Certification platform would be an advantage but not a necessity
- Admin background required and be able to provide a positive customer experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Can solve practical customer problems
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Be able to remain calm when faced with pressure
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Full Time Remote or Part Time local Job Share candidates would be considered
