Operations Assistant
We are Airhost For You, a rapidly growing, full service Airbnb management company with beautiful offices in Central Brighton, looking after around 100 of the very best properties in the city.
We are looking for a resourceful and highly organised Operations Assistant to help with the critical day-to-day operations of our extremely busy company, working with everyone in the business including our clients and our guests.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about all areas of the business and be truly involved in every aspect of it.
What will your day to day activities be?
You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the smooth management of our properties, our guests and our clients. Your key priorities will be:
- ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest of standards through the organisation of property maintenance, as required
- conducting property inspections to monitor and maintain the highest standards
- scheduling our services to maintain our excellent service levels e.g. cleaning, linen, property services
- preparing the rotas for our property managers
- working closely with the Operations Director to keep the client pipeline up to date
- working as part of the Guest Relations team responding to guest enquiries.
The ideal candidate will come with:
- At least 2 years of experience working closely with customers or clients
- Bags of enthusiasm and ambition
- A 'can-do' attitude
- Adaptability – no 2 days are the same.
You will also need to be:
- Flexible – this role requires some weekend and evening work
- Willing to get your hands dirty in a fast-paced, highly pressurised environment
- Customer / client focused
- Highly organised with great time management skills
- Meticulous in your attention to detail.

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
