Operations and Team Manager

The Administration Hub are an award-winning virtual support service. Offering a wide range of services including PA duties, administration, finance, marketing and much more.

Due to growth and a restructure, we are looking for an Operations and Team Manager to join our team.

The role involves managing and supporting the team on a day-to-day basis along with responsibilities for the operational aspects of the business.

It is a fully remote position, apart from meetings with the business owners in person, ideally in London, once per quarter. Flexible working hours, but with the ability to be reactive during the working day. This role would suit someone that is highly organised and structured, good with supporting people to get the best out of them and can use their experience to assist in the development of the business.

Main responsibilities

  • Daily management of the VA team – including
  • Managing all queries and communication
  • Ensuring they are meeting company and client expectations
  • Managing holiday and sickness cover
  • Providing guidance, direction and support to enable the team to strive
  • Manage the onboarding process for new VA’s – including
  • Creating and overseeing contracts and documents
  • Setting up IT systems and accounts
  • Onboarding and training
  • Organise team training
  • Be responsible for weekly and monthly timesheets for the team
  • Supporting Directors with the company policies and procedures, to ensure they are up to date and being adhered to
  • Communicating with clients and other stakeholders
  • Be an integral part of the management team to seek opportunities for improvement and growth

Experience and skills required

  • Senior EA/Office Manager experience
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Great people skills to encourage a positive working culture
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work remotely, plan own workload and have a professional environment

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £1,350.00 per month
