The Operations Assistant role at Steer73 will be an exciting role for someone who wants to work as part of a busy team, who focuses on the success of the business.
Who we are:
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the COO and Operations team in their daily tasks.
- Helping to manage internal company meetings and communications.
- Providing administration support across the business.
- Helping to drive our talent process: Sourcing great candidates, conducting screening calls and coordinating interviews, advertising roles, liaising with hiring teams and supporting candidates through our process.
- Assisting the Operations team in the completion of their objectives – this will be cross-function: commercial, talent, people, and general operations.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
There is no requirement for previous operations experience. All we require is a proactive and positive attitude. If you have any of the following qualities and skills that will be a distinct benefit:
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Fully Competent in Microsoft Office Products.
- Strong administration, and organisational skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Pro-activity and a positive attitude.
- Honesty, positivity, and willingness to work hard.
