About the opportunity
The Dayforce Wallet and Consumer Services team is tasked with growing our business through direct engagement with our end users, the over 6M employees of companies that use the Dayforce HCM platform. Our first product launched is the game-changing Dayforce Wallet – a debit card and bank account that gives users access to their earned wages on-demand, upending the traditional assumptions about the 2-week pay cycle and giving employees unprecedented control over their financial lives. The Business Operation Analyst is tasked with evaluating operational effectiveness and driving change to achieve long term success. This role is the primary touchpoint and interface between the Wallet and Consumer Services business unit and the extended Global Ceridian functional footprint, coordinating teams that will drive, overall program management, partner relationships, overall readiness, and alignment across the Ceridian enterprise.
This is a new role focused on providing the best consumer experience and is key to supporting Dayforce Wallet’s customers and Ceridian's continued market entry, accelerated growth and revenue plans. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in operational situations, working with various internal/external stakeholders who make up a robust support team to our clients and their employees. The role requires strong organizational awareness, business acumen and the ability to coordinate change through formal and informal influence. This role reports directly into the Director of Operations.

- Qualifications
- 5 – 7 years experience in end-to-end process optimization, leveraging KPI’s, creation of process flows, documentation, and RACI matrices
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate, negotiate and persuade, while maintaining positive relationships
- Strong time management, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Works effectively within fast-paced environments
- Ability to draw on a variety of prior experience
- Responsive in nature and has a sense of urgency
- Adept with supporting customers, both employee and employer
- Self-directed and independent worker with limited need for day-to-day supervision
- Consultative abilities, sound judgment decision making skills, and ability to work under continual deadline pressure.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
