The Opportunity
The Sales Operations team is responsible for helping define the strategy and operations of a best-in-class sales force for Adobe, and support superior execution by the sales organization. Reporting into Specialist Operations for DX; you drive sales strategy, analytics, and programs that impact the entire Americas business. As a Sales Operations Manager (SOM), you are able think analytically and drive data and insights critical to the business. You would be a trusted business advisor that serves as critical member of our field organizations, driving operational rigor, go-to-market planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in data & analytics, building complex Excel models and leveraging BI reporting while being able to effectively communicate with executive leaders to inspire change and performance to company targets.
What you'll Do
Work as a key member of the field leadership team, providing timely sales analytics including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results
Drive business change by developing a keen understanding of the business, identifying core focus areas through data driven insights, and building trust with business partners
Partner with the field to craft and establish GTM strategy, own the modeling and implementation of sales territories and quota setting
Actively identify operational issues and design solutions to make business flow better for the sales teams
Work closely with other SOMs to share knowledge, methodologies and facilitate standardization across the field organization .
Support the fiscal year planning process with market and customer analytics using Adobe planning database.
Collaborate with other organizations on an as needed basis (i.e. IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, etc…).
What you need to succeed
Minimum 5+ years related work experience in the Sales Operations or interlinked functions, in the software industry.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data science or related field
Strong strategy, planning, organizational and multitasking skills; Systems thinker
Solid mathematical aptitude and ability to turn data into insights & actions
A problem solver with the ability to identify solutions to complex business issues
Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision
Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially Excel & PowerPoint
Intellectual curiosity, hands-on mentality, and phenomenal attention to detail

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $84,900 -- $187,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
