Job Description
Account management of customers current products and portfolio.
Dealing with any collection and payment queries.
Escalation of any disputes.
Making outbound calls to discuss individuals current portfolio.
The Successful Applicant
Banking, Energy or Insurance industry experience.
B2C collections or payment operations experience would be advantageous.
Must be available to interview week commencing 27th February and start within 1 week.
Please note: This is not a B2B credit control role.
