We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our growing organisation. The ideal candidate will be meticulous and must be an excellent communicator; someone who is articulate. You will be predominantly based within Technical Returns in the Wellingborough site.

What you will do
Provide effective, efficient, timely and professional administrative support to meet customer contract requirement. Planning deliveries based on product availability and customer requests.
Prepare and processing relevant delivery documents.
Deal with customer queries about deliveries and collections and ensure that all all-relevant reports are sent to the customer at the agreed times
Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, acting as the key customer contact for delivery / Pod queries
Ensure all customer records and spreadsheets are updated and shared in accordance with departmental procedures
Raising any perceived or actual problems with line manager at the earliest opportunity to effect timely resolution
Maintain and improve current working relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring a professional standard of communication in a timely manner, building trust confidence
Ensure all company procedures including Health and Safety are adhered to, including absence, performance, standards of behaviour, taking due consideration of company values
Key Skills/experience
Excellent Customer Service Skills
A proficient user of the wider MS Office programmes- Excel
A good team player with a strong work ethic
Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
