An opportunity has arisen to join the Supplier Support /Customer response team within Financial Support based in Milton Keynes, Bradford or Sheffield.
Reporting to the Team Manager, your responsibilities will include multiple activities and processes that span all products, systems, customer journeys. This will include liaising and speaking to 3rd parties, handling exception queries from other parts of the bank as well as requests for our strategic partner. The type of work the team will undertake, includes dealing with administration and case work for Retail, Secured & legacy products, queries, Post Litigation, & Post secured possession.
You'll be role modelling Santander culture and behaviours. As SME’s and experienced FS colleague, you will be given excellent opportunities to support the wider FS team, dealing with projects, improvement initiatives and case studies.

Dealing with administration tasks and phone calls for FS Customer response team/Supplier Support in an accurate and timely manner will support our requirements to deliver good customer outcomes and excellent customer service
Building relationships with our internal and external customers, strategic partners, and 3rd party Suppliers

Administrative experience in a fast moving environment and adaptable to change
Open minded and attention to detail

Experience and understanding of financial support systems, strategies
Experience in the mortgage litigation process
What else you need to know.
This is a 12 month Secondment role in Milton Keynes, Bradford or Sheffield.
The working hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM.
