Position: Operations Administrator
Location: Bicester
Salary: £25K
Type: Permanent - Full time
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Our client has a great new opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join their team. The role is ideally for someone who can manage the daily up-keep and accountability of departmental administration duties supporting the business needs in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the line manager in various administration tasks when required
- Provide great customer service and build great relationships across the business
- Ordering materials and creating purchase orders while liaising with suppliers
- Updating and managing customer/client records effectively
- Collect and maintain work schedules to confirm success and completion
- Allocating and updating engineer schedules when required
- Taking incoming calls and responding to enquiries appropriately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Attention to detail and organised
- Experience in similar role and fast paced environment is an advantage
- Can use time management effectively
