We have a new requirement for an Operation Administrator within our ROV Aberdeen office. Details are as follows:
Start date: ASAP
Salary/rate: Please provide individual rate expectation

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Administration Supervisor with administrative support to the Aberdeen Office including, but not limited to:-
- Processing of both onshore and offshore timesheets.
- Process reports received from offshore including Daily Tracking Sheets, Toolbox Talks and Job Safety Analysis Reports.
- Process departmental annual leave requests and maintain department Team Planner.
- Provide document control cover as required for Project Administration Supervisor.
Ad Hoc duties as required for department.
- Conduct all activities within the Integrated Management System Policy, Procedures and Work Instructions.
- To ensure his/ her own safety and that of others is not compromised or placed at risk.You should have the following experience:
College/University Education:
- Not Applicable.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Some document control experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- Good secondary education
- Conversant with Microsoft Office software packages Microsoft Word and Excel a must and Microsoft Project would be advantageous.
