Operations Administrator

Plant Designs are London’s foremost design-led plant experts, providing quality service to workspaces and events. We design, install, and care for some of the city’s most innovative plant displays, working with over 350 clients to bring the benefits of planting to their buildings.

The Role:

We are looking for a focused and friendly person, who is able to assist our Operations department in the smooth running of our business.

Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with planning rotas and scheduling of staff members
  • Organising access to client sites and booking in personnel and vehicles for deliveries, installations and other onsite works
  • Sending RAMS and completing permits required for onsite works
  • Working across various platforms and systems in order to collate and distribute information
  • Being main point of contact to clients and liaising with them regarding status of upcoming projects
  • Answering phones and delegating information to relevant team members
  • Handling client queries and providing top level customer service
  • Communicating between departments and staff members to ensure smooth running of all deliveries and services
  • Assisting with general company administration

Candidate Skills & Experience:

  • Highly organised, systematic and detail orientated
  • Strong communicator who is personable and professional
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Highly competent IT and administrative skills. Particularly advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management with ability to work in fast-paced environment and deal with regular changes
  • Experience with scheduling software or rota desirable.
  • 2+ years of office experience minimum

This is a full-time role based in our office in Greenford, West London. Starting salary of £26,000 (subject to experience)
